Rebaux is our South African transplant. He came to the land of opportunity and embraced it with all his might! Just a short five years ago he was tasked with the challenge of getting a new winery, Leonesse Cellars, off the ground. Today due in large part to Rebaux’s tenacity, Leonesse is one of Temecula’s most beautiful, dynamic, and successful wineries. Leonesse in addition to being all of the above, is getting some of the best accolades for wine quality and rating scores in the valley. This alone is enough to qualify the many skills and visionary leadership qualities Rebaux provides as the CEO of TVWM.
The success of Leonesse is the bellwether for TVWM’s inception. So many local and not so local folks were visiting Leonesse with a litany of questions… “How did you do this so fast?” What’s your secret for growing such a large wine club?” “Who designed the hospitality flow for your tasting room?” and many-many more. A light went off for Rebaux as he realized there was a felt need for services to other wineries that wanted to achieve the same level of success as Leonesse.
Rebaux continues to drive the focus and innovation of TVWM through relentless research, watching wine industry progressions, and active listening and responding to real and felt needs of all the TVWM clients. TVWM has a fresh, progressive, cutting-edge culture. One of Rebaux’s best strengths is his ability to respect and hire smart people that share his vision.
Finally – without Rebaux’s Dutch South African accent we wouldn’t know how to properly say “aluminium”!
